- Answer handling, storage and documentation questions in plain language.
- Ship plain, tracked, next working day, on a cold chain where it matters.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
- Recommend how any material might be used, in any context, for any purpose.
- Describe an outcome, a benefit or a result in a human or an animal.
- Sell to anyone who tells us it is for themselves. That order is refunded.
- Ship outside the United Kingdom, or to a forwarding address.

02Intake quarantineMaterial is held, unlisted and unsellable, until our own testing returns.
03Identity and purityMass spectrometry for identity, HPLC for purity, reported per material, not against a range.
04Release and listingStock goes live only once results are in hand, and your invoice lists exactly what was supplied.
