Once a sealed vial has left our control we cannot verify how it has been stored, so it can never re-enter stock. Research materials are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable except where the fault is ours. This is a chain-of-custody position, not a commercial one.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If a vial arrives damaged, or the material supplied does not match your order, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full, including carriage. Photographs of the outer and the vial label are all we need.
