Compound Cave Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading at compoundcave.co.uk from Birmingham, United Kingdom. Correspondence: info@compoundcave.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed with us.

All materials are supplied as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicinal products, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and they are not supplied for human or veterinary use. The Research Use Only policy forms part of these terms.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your order. Where a material fails testing after your order, we will offer an alternative or refund in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Carriage is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies to it.

Payment is by bank transfer against the unique reference issued with your order. Stock is reserved for 48 hours from the time the order is placed. If funds have not cleared within 48 hours the reservation lapses and the material returns to general stock.

Funds-cleared orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by tracked 24h carriage. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address given at checkout.

We supply United Kingdom addresses only. We do not export and we do not deliver to freight-forwarding addresses. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK are cancelled and refunded.

Supply is restricted to purchasers aged 18 or over. You confirm your age at checkout, and we may request evidence of age before releasing an order.

Sealed research materials cannot re-enter stock once dispatched and are non-returnable except where the fault is ours; damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded when reported within 48 hours of delivery. Where an order indicates intended human or veterinary use we cancel it, refund it in full and close the account.

Materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only, and we accept no liability of any kind arising from use outside that scope, including any administration to a human or an animal. For compliant supply, our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Where local law imposes a stricter position than these terms, the stricter position applies.
