Terms of supply
These terms govern every order placed with Compound Cave. They are short on purpose. If any clause is unacceptable to you, do not place an order.
Scope of supply
All materials listed on this site are supplied solely as research chemicals for laboratory investigation by competent persons. Nothing here is a medicinal product, a food, a cosmetic or a veterinary product, and nothing here is offered for administration to humans or animals.
No medical claims
No statement made by Compound Cave - on this site, in correspondence, or on packaging - describes a therapeutic effect, or any manner of use in a human or an animal. Requests for such information are declined.
Purchaser warranties
By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you acquire the material for lawful research purposes, that you are competent to handle it, and that you will not resupply it for human or veterinary use.
Documentation
Every material is released against independent identity and purity testing. Order records are retained for six years.
Territory and jurisdiction
Supply is limited to addresses in the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where local law imposes a stricter position than these terms, the stricter position applies.
Cancellation for stated misuse
Where an order, or correspondence attached to it, indicates intended human or veterinary use, the order is cancelled and refunded in full and the account is closed. We do not enter into discussion about it.
Age restriction
Supply is restricted to persons aged 18 years or over. Age is confirmed at checkout and evidence may be requested before an order is released.
Liability and misuse
Materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. We accept no liability of any kind arising from use outside that scope, including any administration to a human or an animal. Liability for compliant supply is limited to the invoice value of the affected order.
Placing an order is acceptance of these terms.
The checkout carries the same statement above the payment step, and your order confirmation records the version in force on the date you ordered.
